You are advised to regularly check for any amendments or updates to the terms and conditions from time to time. STSC may add to or change or update these Terms of Use, from time to time entirely at its own discretion. You are responsible for checking these Terms of Use periodically to remain in compliance with these terms. Your use of a Site after any amendment to the Terms of Use shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and you also agree to be bound by any such changes/revisions.

STSC makes no warranties or representations whatsoever in respect of the benefit and the broadband services including as to its fitness for any particular purpose, merchantability, quality, availability, disruption or error free operation.

Any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in relation to this agreement, including disputes as to its formation, will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Subject to the point above, STSC and the customer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Visakhapatnam alone.

• The Unlimited Data plans provided by STSC shall apply only to the Residential plans and shall not apply to Enterprises plans.
• The Unlimited Data plans are only for personal use of the subscriber and cannot be used for any commercial purposes.
• STSC encourages responsible use of unlimited data by each of its subscribers. STSC believes that even when a subscriber chooses to use the Unlimited plans extensively he or she may not be able to consume the maximum data limit of 3300 GB per month or above as per the tariff plan subscribed (hereinafter referred as "Maximum Data Limit"). Any such usage over and above said Maximum Data Limit will be treated as abuse of Unlimited Data plans by the said subscriber.
• Unutilized data if any will be forfeited at the end of every month and the same cannot be carried forward.

The Agreement between you and STSC

• Registration: Registration of the user on the website is mandatory. The User agrees and undertakes at all the times to be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and user id and shall be fully responsible for all activities that occur by use of such password or user id.
• Further the user agrees not to use any other party’s user id and Password for any purpose whatsoever regardless of any authorization form such party.
• The User agrees to provide authentic and true information. STSC reserves the rights to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of the time. If upon confirmation such User details are found not to be true (wholly or partly) , STSC has full rights to deactivate the connection.
• The User agrees to: (a) provide true, accurate and complete information about himself and his beneficiaries are prompted by the registration form (funnel form) (b) Maintain and promptly update the Registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If the user provides any

Cancellation / Refund Policy

All sales of Recharge are final and there will be no refund or exchange permitted. Please be advised that You are responsible for the mobile number or ISP account number you purchase Recharge for and all charges that result from those purchases. (Sri Tirumalasai Communications) is not responsible for any purchase of Recharge for an incorrect mobile number or ISP account number.

However, in a case where a transaction has been completed by you on the Site, and money has been charged to your card or bank account but a Recharge has not delivered within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction then you may inform us by sending us an email on ( tirumalasaicommunications@gmai.com ) or posting us a message on the Contac US page (optional) . In such a scenario you will be entitled to a full refund. We request you to include in the email the following details - the mobile number ISP account number, operator name, Recharge value, Transaction date and Order Number (company Name) shall investigate the incident and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the Recharge then you will be refunded the money within 7 working days from the date of the receipt of your email.

Refund, if applicable, at the discretion of the management.

In case of double payment: Excess payment will be refunded as per company policies once dual payment is confirmed by the department of accounts. It will be refunded within 3 working days in original payment method by the customer.

In case of plan alteration: In case customer wants to upgrade their plan, amount will be deducted, from the date of activation to till date of upgrade of plan, on proportionately. Balance amount will be adjusted to the upgrade plan subject to confirmation received from respective distributor/dealer of STSC. No refund and adjustment will be allowed in case of plan downgrade.
